GENERAL AGREEMENT

   This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the                 of                 ,20   , by and between Asset Distribution Center ("Party One") and                                                             ("Party Two") (collectively the "Parties").

   NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual premises and covenants contained in this Agreement, it is hereby agreed by and between the Parties as follows:

1) PARTY ONE OBLIGATION.

          Party one does hereby covenant and agree that it shall:

The 15% FEE is solely for: (1) locate owner(s) (2) find cash that belong owner(s) (3) inform owner(s) what and where the cash can be claimed. Asset Distribution Center will assist in the filing of the claim at NO ADDITIONAL FEE. All check(s) will be payable to owner(s), and all check(s) will be mailed directly to owner(s).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

2) PARTY TWO OBLIGATIONS.

         Party two does hereby covenant and agree that it shall:

(1) PAY 15% FEE for the total dollar amount of all check(s) disbursed to all cash owner(s), by the distributing organizations, that was initiated by Asset Distribution Center. (2) PARTY TWO agrees to inform PARTY ONE the claim number(s)  assigned to the claim(s), and  sign a finders agreement if necessary. (3) NO FEE DUE  until owner(s) receive the check(s). (4) The 15%  fee is due within 15 days of the date of check(s) received by cash owner(s). The payment must be made out to Asset  Distribution Center and mailed directly to our office. (5)   PARTY TWO further agrees to mail copies of all check(s), and or remittance statements received, included with our 15% fee payment. The copies are to verify the total disbursement with the distributing organizations and if the total of  all check(s) is less then $500.00, NO FEE is due.           

ADDITIONAL TERMS only apply AFTER you received your check(s), and  only if Asset Distribution Center has not received our 15% fee for all check(s). Our 15% fee is do no later than 15 days from the date of all check(s) sent to you.  Should Asset Distribution Center not receive our 15% fee  (commission) of all check(s) received, a 3.5% late fee daily will be  applied to our fee. Should legal action be necessary to recover our fee, you will be responsible for any and all legal and court costs.

Any notice or other communication provided for herein or given hereunder to a party hereto shall be in writing and shall be given by delivery, by facsimile or by mail (registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested) to the respective party as follows:
